Very helpful experience from booking an appointment to my actual eye test. The way the optician took her time in examining my eyes, to actually explaining what was going on with my eyes was first class. I can't thank her enough as i was also late for my appointment but not a problem to her. This is probably the best optician i've been to because she was so thorough. The optician also gave me advice on which glasses to choose which was another plus. So glad i found this local optician just what the area needed. Can't wait for my new glasses to be able to read again. Very genuine owners. All the best to the owners for the future of their business. Thank you A+++++

I was a walk in appointment but they fitted me in at short notice, even working around my hair appointment. Examination was thorough and everything was explained step by step to put me at ease. No pressure to sell me expensive products, but I was given advice on what to look for for my prescription, face shape and style. Store was clean and bright. Staff (husband &wife) were friendly, easy to chat to and put me at ease. My only critique would be clearer prices on display would be good.

I was recommended to see Rahila at Mosspark opticians because I have had an existing eye condition that had rapidly gone worse and had problems with previous opticians. The examination was of a much higher standard than I have ever experienced before and I am so happy with the care and service I received. I was referred to the eye hospital within a short space of time and have come away with a conclusion that Rahila pointed out right away at the consultation. I had been going from optician to optician for the last year with no clear answers and no hospital referrals. I cannot recommend this optician enough. Thank you Rahila and team.

Amazing service, such a lovely couple that run it. They went over and above to help me, so friendly and just such nice people. The optician really knows her stuff and couldn't be more helpful. They have a great range of frames I haven't seen anywhere else! Can't recommend enough, will be my regular place to get glasses from now on.

So pleased this opticians has opened up so locally to us. I took myself and my children and they couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. The optician herself is superb, extremely professional and helpful. Will definitely be back again!
